Dr. King’s Nutrition Tip: Grass-FED versus FREE -range meat, be careful how you buy. Grass-fed means the animal must have heat eaten only grass, and it’s mother’s milk and have continual access to pastures. American grass fed means raised humanely and without hormones or antibiotics. Free range basically means the animal only had to have “outside” access that’s it.
